1. Seller Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through revive315.com. The seller is Revive 3:15, operated by Daniel Valvoda, se sídlem Bohuslava Vrbenského 1065, 434 01 Most, Czech Republic, IČO: 29685842. Contact: therevive315@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell limited-edition streetwear and performance jerseys. All products are physical goods shipped within the Czech Republic and internationally. Product availability is shown in real time — if a product is listed as in stock, it is available. Sizes and specifications are listed on each product page. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we recommend ordering immediately when a drop goes live.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in CZK and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy, in which case you will receive a full refund. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods via our secure payment gateway Shoptet Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. We do not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by a certified payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by Zásilkovna (Packeta). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times within the Czech Republic are typically 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under Czech law (§1829 of the Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at therevive315@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of your withdrawal (provided we have received the goods or proof of postage) using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the item is returned in a condition other than as described above, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value.

8. Complaints & Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at therevive315@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the complaint within 30 days. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the nature of the defect. Your statutory rights under Czech consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

9. Personal Data

We process your personal data (name, address, email, payment information) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary for order fulfilment (e.g. the shipping carrier). 10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
